About His Pretty Prisoner: A Captive Romance by Isla Chiu
He’s my handsome captor. I’m his pretty prisoner. He thinks I’m the person who ruined his life. I say I’m innocent. He should hate me. I should hate him…
Excerpt:
A few hours later, I wake up to Kevin saying, “Hello, sleeping beauty.”
Oh s**t, he’s already back? I remember his words: “I’ll be back around 5 PM. At that time, I expect to find you waiting for me on the bed without any clothes on.”
Gulping, I ask, “What time is it?”
“Well after 5. And you’re neither on the bed nor naked.” His voice is calm, but I know he’s not going to let my disobedience slide, even if it was unintentional.
I shiver. “Are you going to punish me?”
He pulls at my camisole. “What do you think?” he asks in a deceptively gentle voice.
